Cleaning

Today I cleaned the second half of the front porch; I have scrubbed it from top to bottom; all of the railings, windows, trim, etc. I need to sand the furniture I primed and then paint the green paint that I bought for it. And, the more I cleaned the more I saw that needed to be done...the top rail of the porch is in really rough shape.

Isn't that the way it goes? You don't own the house...it owns you.
