I'm making a Tres Leches cake for tomorrow's Cinco de Mayo festival. I am waiting for it to cool enough so that I can put the milks on it and I'll have to get up super early tomorrow to frost it and get to school. It will be a busy but fun day.
Or maybe I'll just take it to school and assemble it there. That sounds even better!
